As well as the use of all our boxing equipment, and the knowledge and experience of our coaching staff, your membership entitles you to use our fully equipped weight rooms and cardiovascular equipment.

Equipment
All equipment supplied by Northside Boxing Club. We recommend you have your own hand wraps& mouthpiece which are available for purchase at the gym. Please be 10 minutes early. Bring towel & water. Dress to sweat! NO Contracts

BoxFit Class
A sixty minute body blast that incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer's workout. You'll do skipping, pad work, bag work, shadow boxing and lots more heart pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment.

Sports Team Cross-Training
Is inclement weather frustrating your teams training or are you looking for something different. For groups of ten or more we'll design a cross training session to enhance your teams fitness.
